Cell-shaded Anime in DAZ Studio

Tue Nov 11, 2008, 7:39 PM
Sorry I've been away for so long. A lot has been going on. Part of the reason is that I have been distracted once again by a shiny object. This object being cell-shaded 3D anime. I have been wanting to do this for a long time, but I just figured it out recently. I know Poser has a good toon render engine, but I recently found out how to do a really good job via DAZ Studio using only free shaders. Check out the blog at my site to see an explanation of how.

DAZ Studio Free Toon Shaders

I plan to do an in-depth tutorial on how to do anime style cell-shaded renders in the future, but it is taking a while.

Darn short attention span! ;-)
